My Approach
My work integrates practical, research-backed tools with soul-centered care.
I use evidence-based cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to help shift thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that keep you stuck. I also draw from nervous system healing, somatic practices, and inner work like breathwork, guided meditation, and deep rest to help you move from chronic negative thinking and emotional patterns into feelings of a greater sense of ease, hopefulness, belonging, and self-assurance.
I’m not a blank slate—I bring warmth, depth, humor and the deep belief that humans are built to thrive.
And yes, I use these tools myself every day.

Therapy Sessions
I offer individual therapy sessions for teens and adults. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic and nervous system education and activities to repair and replenish your body, heart and mind, guided inner work, meditation, and practical life problem solving. Together, we focus on you learning how to shift from chronic survival patterns to daily habits that result in you thriving- not just coping.
