Payment And Rates
Payment is expected at the time of service with Venmo, cash, check, credit card and Health Savings Account payments accepted.
I am not a provider on insurance panels. I will, however, provide a “superbill” receipt (a Health Insurance Claim Form) that you can send to your insurance company. Please note, I will provide a superbill once and will not rewrite them if they are lost.
Rates

Individual and family therapy rates are $180- 50-minute session, $100- 30-minute session, $200- 60- minute session.

Progress/ Therapy summary reports $200.

Professional phone support, letter writing, e-mail correspondence is billed at your next appointment with a charge of $40 per 15-minutes.
