How We Begin

  1. Reach out by text or email

  2. We'll start with a free 15-minute phone consultation.  This helps us make sure we're a good fit and give you space to share what you're looking for.

  3. If it feels right to both of us, we’ll schedule your first session. In that first meeting, we'll talk about what’s calling for change and what a steadier, more grounded life might look like for you.

  4. We typically meet weekly for the first 6-8 weeks.  Sessions are online (statewide in California).  After the first phase, we'll decide together what pace supports you best for lasting, meaningful change.

  5. To begin, simply send an email or text message. I’ll respond shortly.
