My approach

My work combines practical, research-backed tools with a steady, compassionate presence.

I use evidence-based cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to help you shift the thoughts, emotions, and behavior patterns that keep you stuck.  I also integrate nervous-system regulation skills, guided relaxation, and other mind-body strategies to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in your daily life.

You can expect support that is direct, warm, and collaborative.  I'm not a blank slate- I show up as a real human with depth, humor, and a deep respect for your lived experience.

Together, we'll help you:

  • understand what's happening inside your mind and body

  • reduce overwhelm and reactivity

  • build tools for clarity, clam, and steady momentum

  • develop patterns that actually support the life you want to be living

What sessions look like

I offer individual therapy for adults and older teens (18+).  My approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), nervous system education and practical skills that help you feel steadier and more in control of your inner world.

Sessions may include:

learning how thoughts, emotions and behavior patterns work

tools for regulating anxiety, overwhelm, and stress

guided relaxation to support calm and clarity

real-life strategies for improving habits, communication, and emotional resilience

Together, we focus on helping you shift out of chronic survival mode and into patterns that support a more grounded, balanced, and meaningful life.
